Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ASK EXPORTS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the goods have not yet been shipped. Customized or special orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for cancellations approved within the stipulated time frame or for defective/damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Turnaround Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 21 working days, and the credited amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on their bank’s processing time.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
